The shopping centres in which we conduct marketing activities host over 120 events per year. These are cyclical campaigns and one-time actions dedicated to all our target customers.

Apart from a wide commercial offer, customers are also more and more often looking for entertainment and new ways to spend time in shopping centres. Following this tendency, the largest properties managed by Carrefour Poland provide customers with permanent entertainment facilities such as: cinema, fitness clubs, playgrounds or green terraces, as well as temporary experiences like food trucks, animations for children, dancing workshops, pro-health campaigns and outdoor cinema screenings.

We also communicate with our customers via social media – Facebook and Instagram.

Another communication channel is the Morena Shopping Centre magazine, whose role is to spread information, stimulate sales and build the company’s image. Customers of the Morena Shopping Centre can also benefit from a mobile app proposing interesting and practical functionalities which make their shopping experience even more pleasant.

The app also offers users additional benefits like special offers or discounts.
