Differences between agency and franchise.
Is it worth becoming an agent?

The most important difference between agency and franchise, is that in the model of agency, Carrefour remains the main investor - it has rights to the premises and pays for costs related to its adaptation and equipment. The investment borne by the agent is limited to the purchase of fiscal printers and the payment of a license for alcohol and premises insurance, thanks to which the agency has a lower financial entry, threshold than the classic franchise.

a) to identify the sender and to handle their inquiry sent to the shared e-mail address, transferred via contact telephone at the shared contact telephone number or sent at the indicated correspondence address - legal basis for the processing is the necessity of processing for the purpose of the execution of the agreement for the provision of services (art. 6 section 1 subsection b of GDPR);
b) for analytical and statistical purposes - legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of GDPR) which consists in keeping statistics of inquiries submitted by Users vie the Website in order to improve its functionality
c) determining or pursuing the possible claims or defending against such claims by the controller - legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of GDPR); legitimate interest of the controller consists in allowing him to determine, pursue or defend against claims.
5. Your personal data can be transferred to the entities processing personal data at the request of the controller: IT services providers, PR agencies, event agencies, marketing agencies and agencies managing websites, NGOs, entities performing executive services (architecture, design and construction, finishing) and in terms of customer service, legal and debt collection services, tenants, real estate agents, and in the case of request for replying to the application via traditional mail, postal operators.
6. Your personal data is processes during the period of time necessary to respond to the sent/transferred application. Period of processing personal data can be every time extended by the period of prescription of claims, if processing of personal data is necessary to determine and pursue the possible claims or defend against such claims by the controller. In the scope in which personal data is processed for analytical and statistical purposes, the data will be processed till the moment when you express your objection against processing data for this purpose.
7. You are entitled to the access to your personal data and to request its rectification, its removal or limitation of its processing.
8. You are entitled to object against the processing of your personal data on the grounds of the legally justified interest of the controller, i.e. processing data for possibly determining or pursuing claims or defending against such claims by the controller as well as for analytical and statistical purposes.
9. You are also entitled to submit complaints to the supervisory body dealing with the personal data protection in the Member State of your normal residence, place of work or place of occurrence of the alleged violation.
10. Providing personal data in the application is required by the Controller in order to providing the service of contact telephone and the service of contact e-mail. Failure to provide data in the above-indicated manner will make it impossible to provide services.
