1. The controller of your personal data is Carrefour Polska sp. z o.o. with register office located in Warsaw, 72 Targowa Street, 03-734 Warsaw (“Controller”).
2. Contact with the Controller is possible via e-mail address: kontakt@carrefour.pl, telephone number at +48 801 200 000 or in writing at the address of controller’s registered office.
3. Controller appointed a Data Protection Officer, who you can contact via e-mail at iod@carrefour.pl or in writing on the address of the Controller's registered office - in all cases related to the processing of your personal data.
4. Your personal data will be processed:
a) for the purposes of customer service via Carrefour Helpline and e-mail address kontakt@carrefour.pl. Legal basis for the data processing is Controller’s legitimate interest based on necessity to receive and answer Clients’ inquiries and remarks (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of the GDPR);
b) to monitor the quality of service and verify the work of consultants working at the helpline/contact mail kontakt@carrefour.pl, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes - legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of GDPR) consisting in taking care of the highest quality of customer service and consultants work as well as carrying out statistical analyses concerning telephone communication.
5. Your personal data is shared with the entities providing services for the Controller, related to the execution of the agreement, in particular such as handling helpline and contact e-mail, as well as IT systems and services providers, legal, tax and audit services providers, as well as the Carrefour Group entities.
6. Recordings of phone calls with Carrefour Helpline Carrefour as well as other processed data transferred during the service (also via mail at the e-mail address kontakt@carrefour.pl) will be stored by the duration of the agreement in the case of registration in the loyalty program, while in other cases - until the customers’ cases are handled. Period of processing can be every time extended by the period of termination of claims, if processing of personal data is necessary to determine and pursue the possible claims or defend against such claims by the controller.
7. You are entitled to the access to your data, request its rectification, removal, limitation of its processing and to file objection against processing of your personal data.
8. You are also entitled to submit complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the personal data protection in the Member State of your normal residence, place of work or place of occurrence of the alleged violation.
9. Providing personal data via recording a phone call (in the case of the helpline) and including data in the application (in contact e-mail) is voluntary but in case of communication via e-mail – necessary to obtain and answer your inquiry. Provision of personal data may be also necessary to answer notification received via Carrefour Helpline.

10. Your personal data may be transferred to the third country, i.e. USA under the Data Processing Agreement which includes Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission.
11. Your personal data will not be used for automated-decision making including profiling.

2. You can contact the controller via e-mail: kontakt@carrefour.pl, telephone at 801 200 000 or in writing at the address of the controller's registered office.
3. Controller appointed a Data Protection Officer who you can contact via e-mail: iod@carrefour.pl or in writing at the address of the Controller's registered office. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in all cases concerning processing personal data and making use of rights related to the processing of data.
4. Your personal data will be processed:
a) to identify the Client and to handle his inquiry sent via e-mail, addressed during a phone call or sent at the indicated correspondence address - legal basis for the processing is Controller’s legitimate interest based on necessity to obtain and answer Clients’ inquiries (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of GDPR);
b) for analytical and statistical purposes - legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of GDPR) which consists in keeping statistics of inquiries submitted by Users vie the Website in order to improve its functionality
c) determining or pursuing the possible claims or defending against such claims by the controller - legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 section 1 subsection f of GDPR); legitimate interest of the controller consists in allowing him to determine, pursue or defend against claims.
5. Your personal data can be transferred to the entities processing personal data at the request of the controller: IT services providers, customer services providers, storage and destroy of documents, legal, tax and audit as well as post and courier services providers and the Carrefour Group entities.
6. Your personal data is processes during the period of time necessary to respond to the sent/transferred inquiry. Period of processing personal data can be every time extended by the period of termination of claims, if processing of personal data is necessary to determine and pursue the possible claims or defend against such claims by the Controller. In the scope in which personal data is processed for analytical and statistical purposes, the data will be processed till the moment when you express your objection against processing data for this purpose.
7. You are entitled to the access to your personal data and to request its rectification, its removal or limitation of its processing, right to object against the processing of your personal data as well as the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the personal data protection in the Member State of your normal residence, place of work or place of occurrence of the alleged violation.
8. Provision of personal data in the inquiry is voluntary however if the data is not provided, the Controller will not be able to answer the inquiry.
