Carrefour Polska consistently supports Polish producers and joins the nationwide campaign "Polish Product" organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Cooperation with Polish suppliers is an important element of the implemented food transformation strategy, as well as a guarantee of high quality local products for network customers.

Eating habits of modern consumers have changed in recent years. This significantly affected production and delivery methods. Customers are more and more willing to reach for native products that from farms go directly to store shelves. The ambition of the Carrefour network - which has been implementing the food transformation strategy since 2018 - is to enrich the product offer from domestic suppliers.

Achieving this goal is possible thanks to cooperation with reliable producers who are able to meet the high expectations of Carrefour customers. Therefore, the network decided to join the project implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - "Polish product". It is an initiative to help consumers identify products made from Polish raw materials, thanks to the introduction of voluntary labeling with the symbol "Polish product". Carrefour intends to promote the campaign in store communication and digital. By choosing products with this designation, customers of the network can be sure that the products they buy were created in Poland. This is of great importance in the context of the wide offer in the store and helps to support the sale of Polish food.
