The first attraction was the visit of the Tago’s factory, which is producing for Carrefour labelled products little cakes, waffles, biscuits and other sweet articles. A degustation was organized together with a guided visit of the place.
Then, our guests attended a presentation about Carrefour labelled products and the Simplified Nutritional Labelling System (SENS) that has been launched in Poland. The initiative allows clients to choose products, suited for a balanced and healthy diet. Poland was the first country of the Carrefour’s Group to implement such an innovative solution.
The main attraction of the evening was the FIGHT FOR TASTE! The participants competed in two groups under the supervision of the talented chefs:
David Gaboriaud – ambassador of the products „Quality from Nature” (Jakość z Natury) and co-author of the book “With love for Taste”, author of the program “David in Europe” transmitted on Kuchnia + channel.
Janek Paszkowski – young and talented finalist of the first edition of the program Masterchef Poland.
For the preparation of the meals, our Chefs used products from the Carrefour labelled assortment and with the „Quality from Nature” (Jakość z Natury) label.
