Carrefour Poland organized at C4 Retail Lab a special event for its employees in stores engaged in social activities. Employees, who claimed their passion for helping others during the contest Carrefour Talents, as well as those, who organize social actions in stores and interesting local initiatives, took part in the meeting.
This meeting was an occasion to exchange good practices in terms of event organization and engagement of people in important social projects. Participants had the opportunity to discuss with the popular actor and founder of the Kapucyńska Foundation, Radosław Pazura, who talked about his commitment to help the homeless. It is worth mentioning that Carrefour Foundation allocated a grant to the Kapucyńska Foundation for the construction of an eatery for the homeless, whose opening is planned for August 2018.
This event was organized as part of the “Carrefour Talents” program that the company conducts since 2017. This program is an element of the diversity policy developed by the retail chain. Its aim is to support the development of employees’ passions and interests.
